山东烟台人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2003年7月毕业于中国海洋大学,获博士学位;2003年7月至今,2138cc太阳集团工作;2012年至2014年,在美国俄亥俄州立大学做访问学者研究工作;现在2138cc太阳集团2138cn太阳集团古天乐生物分离工程研究室工作,从事生物分离工程方面的研究和教学工作,国家级精品课程和资源共享课程《生物分离工程》主讲教师,承担和参加国家自然科学基金项目和企业合作项目等多项课题,发表科研论文50余篇,其中在“Journal of Chromatography A”、 “Separation and purification technology”、“Applied Catalysis B: Environment and Energy”等领域重点SCI期刊上发表论文多篇。
研究方向:生物分离技术开发和应用研究:
1. 生物分离新技术的开发:分子印迹技术、涡轮连续逆流高效节能萃取技术、两水相技术、层析新技术研究、色谱分离行为研究与色谱模拟等;
2. 生物产品的分离纯化研究:各种生物产品分离纯化技术的开发,如应用膜分离和层析技术进行产品环保新技术开发,抗体、酶、有机酸和抗生素等的分离纯化新工艺研究;不同饱和度化合物纯化、产品传统工艺改进等;
3.生物产品分析检测及其杂质分析。

1. 国家自然科学基金,再生型两水相体系成相与分配的分子调控机制;
2. 国家自然科学基金,促溶离子提高反胶束萃取效率的机制与应用研究;
3.国家自然科学基金,多孔硅胶表面分子印迹吸附剂在超临界条件下的分离行为;
4.国家重点研发项目子课题,油酸及壬二酸的分离技术开发;
5.国家重点研发项目子课题,生物质PX合成前体分离纯化技术开发;
6. 校企合作,涡轮萃取技术在抗生素分离中的应用研究;
7.校企合作,发酵液中色素的分析、鉴定与脱色研究;
8.校业合作,林可霉素原料药分离工艺开发与杂质去除研究;
9.校企合作,涡轮萃取技术在有机酸分离中的应用研究;
10.校企合作,抗体类药物高效低成本ProteinA替代技术开发。
